- No prior clay experience required: This workshop is perfect for beginners, so everyone is welcome to join.
- Discover the art of hand-building with clay: Using slab techniques, you'll shape and create your own collection of unique ceramic ornaments from start to finish. Choose from our festive cookie cutters or let your imagination lead the way as you create your designs. Learn essential attaching techniques, then add your own personality with playful details, textures, patterns, and decorations.
- We have got everything you need: All materials and firing services are included, so just bring your creativity!
- Finishing touches: Each participant will be able to keep up to five pieces and paint them using brush-on underglazes. Our staff will apply clear glaze after the first firing, giving your ornaments a finished glossy surface.
- Pick up your pieces: Once the pieces are ready, we will notify you for pickup (generally 3 to 5 weeks after the workshop).
By the end of the workshop, you'll have your very own collection of handmade ceramic ornaments. Each little piece will bring a bit of handmade charm to your holiday celebrations for years to come.
