Required Membership Orientation:
Once we receive your studio membership order, we will email you within two calendar days to schedule your membership orientation. Please ensure that you provide the correct contact email on the checkout page and watch for an email from Spiffy. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to your next scheduled auto-payment of subscription.
- All membership purchases are non-refundable.
- If a cancellation request is made less than 15 days before the next scheduled auto-payment, the studio will charge one month’s rent of $248 as a cancellation fee.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to spiffy@thespiffystudio.info.
Notice: We require that you clear your member shelf, take home all your pieces, and leave your name tag with us before your membership expires.
