Guest Day Pass Terms, Liability Waiver, and Policies
By purchasing a Guest Day Pass, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies:
Liability Waiver for Guests:
- I will be present the entire time my guest is at the studio, and my guest cannot be left unattended.
- I will ensure that my guest understands and follows all Spiffy Pottery Studio rules and safety guidelines.
- I will provide instruction and supervision for the proper use of studio tools and equipment.
- I will be responsible for ensuring my guest respects the community space and studio environment.
- I will brief my guest not to touch others' pieces.
- I will be responsible for any damages or issues caused by my guest, and I may be held liable for any violations of studio rules committed by my guest.
- I will ensure that my guest and I clean up properly after our visit.
- I will be responsible for finishing and storing any pieces made by my guest.
- If my guest would like to fire their pieces, they will pay the firing fees directly and ensure their pieces are picked up within 45 days of firing. I will not leave unclaimed pieces on the bisque/glaze shelf.
Spiffy Pottery Studio is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents involving guests. Members assume full responsibility for their guest’s actions and any impact on the studio space, equipment, and overall community experience.
