Join us for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you’ll sculpt your own hand-shaped spoon rest or catchall tray. Designed to spark creativity and ease, this session offers a calm space to make something decorative, playful, and practical for everyday use.
- No prior clay experience required: This workshop is perfect for beginners, so everyone is welcome to join.
- Discover the art of hand-building with clay: Using slab techniques, you’ll sculpt and shape your own unique hand form, then refine the details to bring it to life. Learn essential forming and attaching methods as you build a piece that’s full of character and charm.
- We have got everything you need: All materials and firing services are included, so just bring your creativity!
- Finishing touches: Each participant will be able to keep one or two pieces and choose one glaze from four options for each item. Our staff will apply your glaze of choice after the first firing.
- Pick up your pieces: Once the pieces are ready, we will notify you for pickup (generally 3 to 5 weeks after the workshop).
By the end of the workshop, you’ll head home with your very own handcrafted spoon rest or catchall — a playful, one-of-a-kind piece ready to hold your everyday essentials and show off your creativity.
