Age Requirement: We kindly ask that only participants aged 12 to 17 register for the one-time Teen Handbuilding class. The studio does not accept individuals under 12 for these classes. If a participant falls outside the age range but would still like to join, please email us at spiffy@thespiffystudio.info. We’ll consult with the instructor and obtain prior approval to confirm eligibility.

Photography & Documentation Agreement
By purchasing this program, you agree to allow us to take photographs and/or video recordings of your child during class for the purpose of promoting and marketing Spiffy's kids pottery programs. These images and videos may be used on our website, social me dia, and other promotional materials. If you prefer that your child not be photographed or recorded, please contact us via email at spiffy@thespiffystudio.info before the start of the program.

🫖 This winter, share some tea with your friends in a teapot made by you!
- Ready to shape your style? Perfect for beginners with no experience, this workshop guides you through creating a fun and whimsical teapot using slabs and hand-building techniques. You’ll design a teapot complete with a handle, spout, and a charming little lid that reflects your personality. In the first half of the class, we’ll focus on building the structure and shape of your teapot. Then it’s time to get creative! Add any decorative details you’d like to make it uniquely yours!
- We have got you covered: All materials and firing services are included, so you can focus on creating and having fun!
- Finishing Touches: Each student will choose a glaze from our collection to give their piece the perfect finishing touch. Our staff will apply the glaze of their choice.
- Pick up your pieces: Once your piece is ready, we will notify guardians via email when it is available for pickup (usually 2 to 4 weeks after the class).
